Dirty read là đọc dữ liệu CHƯA commit (READ COMMITTED đã chặn), nên (a) sai; phantom read liên quan đến việc tập hợp các HÀNG thỏa điều kiện thay đổi (hàng mới xuất hiện/biến mất), không phải giá trị của một hàng cụ thể, nên (c) sai; lost update là hai ghi đè lên nhau và READ UNCOMMITTED là mức yếu nhất, không ngăn được gì thêm, nên (d) sai.
